The Marske Stables is in such a picturesque location, with great walks just on your doorstep. The housekeeper Jane was lovely and very helpful, nothing was ever too much trouble. We would highly recommend the Marske Stables and can’t wait to come back in the near future."

There are many places to visit or discover, as well as a chance to just disconnect from the outside world. The apartments are modern and homely whilst maintaining its history of being stables and sawmills."

The main bedroom is light and airy and has a separate bathroom with a stunning copper bath and the second bedroom has an en-suite with a large walk-in shower. The area is stunning and we enjoyed 4 glorious days in North Yorkshire visiting many villages and towns."

We stumbled upon the estate last minute and just were so impressed by the comms and the location we ended up booking the largest apartment to take advantage of the tub! When we arrived we couldn’t quite believe how special the surroundings and accommodation are, each day we explored and came back to an evening spent in the luxury facilities which was such a treat! Keep doing what you're doing as it’s very special!"

"Beautiful apartment both inside and the surroundings it sits in. Amenities are great - comfortable bed with large rooms, lovely rain shower and a deep bath if you prefer that. The kitchen is fully fitted out so you can cook if you're too tired to go out after hiking across the dales! Really peaceful and close to some lovely walks."

"We had a wonderful stay at Marske Stables so much so that I have booked to come again next year. The apartment was set amongst beautiful surroundings, very rural and very peaceful but only a short car journey to local shops and pubs/ restaurants. The apartment was beautifully done and had everything we needed The staff were friendly and extremely helpful and accommodating and recommended some lovely places for us to eat and walk. The place was clean and the kitchen was well equipped. It actually looked better than the photos which didn’t do the place justice. I really have nothing negative to say I especially loved the jacuzzi after a day’s walking. Check-in and check out were easy and problem free I would highly recommend a stay here."

"This place is just as luxurious as it looks! It’s warm, it’s homely but it also feels really up-market and special! Jane the housekeeper is fab and will be there for anything you need - even if you need to get some shopping! When the whole venue is completed and up and running it’s going to be something special! The location is perfect for some peaceful time away - you don’t even feel like you need to leave the apartment! Jacuzzi bath in the living room, underfloor heating, full kitchen, comfy beds, plenty of bathrooms… cannot fault at all!"
